The breakfast
The wholefood breakfast corner with freshly prepared eggs from the farm, a rich selection of homemade breads and crispy pastries. Homemade jams, local bee honey, yogurt, fresh fruit, cheese, butter, ham and sausage specialties from farms in the region. Also various types of muesli, dried fruit, breakfast cakes and Smiley's fluffy butter plait.
For lunch
Rich dishes for the whole family. We cook with passion and conjure up delicacies for the whole family. For lunch you can expect a colorful salad buffet, a richly stocked fruit basket, soup with pastries and warm, freshly prepared main courses. You can choose from a variety of dishes - home cooking and down-to-earth fare. It tastes good for adults and children alike.
Sweet snack in the afternoon
From 3 p.m. it's children's ice cream time! Then there is cone ice cream from our ice cream box at the buffet. Cake time begins at the pastry buffet with homemade pastries based on Carinthian recipes. A hearty Carinthian snack with salami, bacon and cheese is prepared for the slightly larger appetite... Including coffee, tea and non-alcoholic drinks from the drinks bar.
Children's buffet & dinner
15 minutes before the parents' dinner, our youngest guests can already find their favorite dishes at the children's buffet. Parents are of course allowed to help themselves. A 3- or 4-course menu awaits you for dinner. The chef serves both Carinthian and Italian specialties. Seasonal specialties such as wild garlic, mushrooms, blueberries and game dishes are always accompanied by regional desserts. On request, the children can also eat with the childminders. Please let us know in advance.
