Smileys Seehaus is located on the idyllic south shore directly on the lake and yet centrally located. Newly renovated, three sleeping areas, living room with terrace overlooking the lake, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 2 toilets. The outdoor area with a small meadow is surrounded by planted slopes, fairy-tale figures and a witch's cottage with a Swiss stone pine sauna. A sandpit with a view of the lake, framed by the wonderful panorama of the Nockberge mountains. The jetty has direct access to the water.

Smileys Seehäuschen offers a balcony with picturesque lake views and views of the surrounding mountains. Located directly on the beach, the vacation home has a terrace with mountain views, 3 bedrooms, a living room with flat-screen TV, a well-equipped kitchen with fridge and dishwasher and 2 bathrooms with shower. Free parking is available directly at the Seehaus.
Vacation right on the lake
Spring starts particularly early at Smileys Seehaus thanks to the Mediterranean climate and the sheltered location on Lake Millstatt. The golf course, tennis courts and cycling and hiking trails open in spring. Sunny skiing in March and April combines the best aspects of both sports: explore the slopes in the morning and cycle along the sunny lakeside terraces in the afternoon.
